The Challenges:
Breaking Through Consulting was asked to add capacity to the RMHC® Global Corporate Partnerships Team through account and project management of a program with a digital housing marketplace that would benefit families served through several local RMHC® Chapters in the U.S.A.

The Method:
Since 2019, and based on an assessment of the needs, challenges, and goals for RMHC® Global and this particular program, Breaking Through Consulting has been:

- Overseeing timelines
- Developing communication and follow up materials
- Generating, monitoring, and analyzing weekly reports
- Coordinating, supporting, and hosting stakeholder meetings
- Working with RMHC® Chapters on set up and troubleshooting
- Training new team members on processes

The Breakthrough:
RMHC® Global was able to successfully onboard 30+ RMHC® Chapters onto the online booking portal. RMHC® Global is grateful for Breaking Through Consulting’s invaluable project management services, which helped the nonprofit to effectively manage its stakeholder meetings, develop materials, as well as onboard, support and monitor local RMHC® Chapters. RMHC® Global couldn’t have moved this project forward without the support of Breaking Through Consulting.
